Innisfree Super Volcanic Pore Clay Mask: Mini Review

Innisfree Super Volcanic Pore Clay Mask

This may be a bit of a reheat, as according to Innisfree it’s their #3 seller, but Innisfree Super Volcanic Pore Clay Mask is a winner-winner-chicken-dinner. Sorry to cut to the chase there, but that’s what you’re here for, right? Here’s why:

Innisfree Super Volcanic Pore Clay Mask: What Does It Do?

This is a clay mask, and it claims to absorb excess sebum and treat problematic pores (I’m not going to lie, any product that claims this makes me want to click ‘BUY NOW!’).

What it does for me: I see an immediate brightening effect after using this, and more even skin tone. Unfortunately, it has not (so far) seemed to do any magical pore-vacuuming of my problem children. What’s terrific about this mask is that, despite being the “super” version (there’s a normal version as well that I didn’t realize was there when I bought this), at no time does your face feel tight and uncomfortable (this is literally the only clay mask I’ve ever used that can claim that). Instareviewers agree with me on this.

So … what you get is a fairly priced clay mask that will help with excess oil without drying you TF out, help brighten and hopefully, if you’re like me, reduce redness after using. For me, that’s a win.

Innisfree Super Volcanic Pore Clay Mask: Where Can I Buy?

Innisfree is a Korean beauty, or K-beauty, company. If you don’t have a shop local to you (I WISH I did), you can order from the company’s website, and have it shipped directly to you from Korea via K-packet (pretty quick and free over a minimum order). You can go through countless k-beauty resellers, Amazon, and eBay as well.

Have you tried this mask (or the original version, more suitable for dryer skin types)? How did you like it?

    1. This is the only one that hasn’t made my skin feel tight! I was worried when I noticed I bought the “super” version instead of the regular but I really like it.

  1. This mask looks great, I am always so scared to try new products out to acne prone skin. You just never know what will happen! Thanks for sharing! 🙂

    1. I do too; usually they make my skin feel tight during and after as it dries, but this one amazingly doesn’t!

  2. I’ve tried some facial mask before, but I’m not that consistent in using it only if i get the chance and won’t forget it. Anyway, this facial mask is sound interesting, since this is super volcanic pore clay mask. Thank you so much for the well written review about this product. I’ll surely try this if I get the chance. Thank you so much for sharing!

  3. This clay mask by Innisfree is honestly the only clay mask I use. It just works so well and is understandably gentle on the skin 😀

  4. I love all Innisfree products. They have recently launched in my city and have picked up this one for myself, too. I am going to compare notes with you on it soon 🙂

  5. I have tried a few K-brand products and I’ve loved them. I’ve heard a lot about Volcanic clay as well! Good to know its priced normally and works decently as well!
